This is a 1 oz bag of this season (October 2020) air dried Hen of the Woods mushroom (Grifola Frondosa / Sheepshead). This is wild collected, rinsed and air dried mushroom. To use, put some in bowl with water and in about 15 mins you can put in soups, stews or whatever you like.

SHIPPING DETAILS:  We ship via USPS with insurance on all our items.  If package is less than 13oz it will be sent First Class.  If package is over 13oz to 5 lbs it will be sent Priority Mail.  If package is over 5 lbs it will be sent Priority Mail or Retail Ground.     Book packages less than 5oz will be sent First Class.  Book packages over 5oz will be sent Media Mail.
We usually ship within 24 hours of payment (weekend & holidays excluded).  Please contact us if you prefer another method of shipping.  We are happy to combine multiple items to save shipping costs (if items can be put together).
