This item is part of a Hard Rock Cafe Glassware collection we have been asked to sell for the family of the former owner who has passed on.  These glasses were displayed in an enclosed display case for many years.

TAMPER PROOF LABEL UNDERNEATH
All glassware will be shipped with an identifying sequentially numbered tamper-proof label underneath (see photo).  It can easily be removed but it cannot be re-applied once removed.  If removed the label will show "VOID".   This is so that if there is damage from shipping, we can see proof that it is the glass we sent.   It will also provide proof that the glass being returned is the glass we shipped
I wish I did not have to do this but in the past I have been victim of buyers who like to replace their broken item with a good item at my expense, and then want their money back claiming the glass I sent arrived damaged.   When it arrives you will see how well the glass is packed and understand how dishonest that claim was.  In the event the USPS totally crushed the box and damaged the glass, please send me a photo of the glass with the label visible.  Not just a photo of the broken glass and a photo of the label.   I must be able to see the broken glass AND the label in the same photo.

If the glass is returned and the label shows it has been tampered with - eBay (who is aware of this label) will be notified of the violation of their return policy and no refund will be issued

This glass weighs over 1 pound unwrapped/unboxed (all by itself sitting on the scale).
That means it cannot be shipped 'legally' by First Class Mail no matter what other may state in their listings!

Per the USPS any package weighing 1 pound 1 ounce to 2 pounds costs the same.  Don't believe me?  Contact the USPS and ask them.  Think the Priority Mail postage stated for 1-2 pound is too high?  Contact the USPS and ask them what they charge for 1 pound 8oz from AZ to you.  Let me know if they tell you it costs less!
Due to the terribly slow delivery time (7-21 business days is not unusual), and because you save like 50 cents in many cases over Priority Mail rates, PLUS the high rate of damaged packages (because most packages sent by this service are not insured, thus treated like garbage by the USPS), I do not ship USPS Retail Ground or Parcel Select unless the buyer requests this service WITH insurance
