Not newer, with colored enamel.
Not city or location specific. Star Shape, 3 Dimensional, with the Globe and Stars motif
. Very good vintage condition.
Some light wear and a nice patina
. Measures about 1 1/4" x 1 1/4". Note that, as shown in last photo, the old school clasp has an old school catch clasp, that needs to be slightly bent up or down to open and close the pin.
