    Description

    These sun-dried apricots are called "uryuk" in Uzbekistan. They are dried in the sun whole, with the seed remaining inside. Only fruits and sun - no sulfur, no sugar, no any other additives or preservatives.
    Uzbek uryuk is very dry, very sweet, and very light-weighted compared to usually dried apricots that you are used to. It is very similar to the famous Hunza Valley apricots of Pakistan.
    You can eat uryuk as a snack or boil it in water to get marvelous fruit tea.
    Our fruits and spices come directly from Uzbekistan. They are harvested in 2020.
